[ Position overview ]

We’re looking for a seasoned Head of Amazon to own and grow the Amazon channel across all brands in our portfolio. This is the first dedicated Amazon hire at Elevator — ideal for someone with senior-level experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You’ll be responsible for building the Amazon function from the ground up, with a path to expand into leadership and team-building as we scale.

[ Responsibilities ]

  • Own the full Amazon strategy and execution across Elevator’s brands
  • Optimize product listings: SEO, images, A+ content, brand stores
  • Manage advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, promotions, testing & scaling)
  • Coordinate inventory planning and FBA logistics with brand and ops teams
  • Monitor key KPIs: ROAS, TACoS, organic rank, conversion rate, profitability
  • Handle Seller Central issues (case logs, suspensions, account health)
  • Test and launch new SKUs or bundles for each brand
  • Build internal systems and documentation to enable future team growth

[ Requirements ]

  • 4+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (brand or agency side)
  • Demonstrated success growing DTC/eCommerce brands on Amazon
  • Strong command of Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and listing optimization
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, ops, and performance teams
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and a hands-on approach
  • Proficient in project management via Notion
  • Proficient in AI tools
  • Bonus: Experience hiring or managing others on Amazon-related workstreams
