[ Position overview ]

We’re hiring a Growth Operator to be the point person on early-stage brand launches across the Elevator portfolio. You sit at the intersection of media, CRO, funnel design, creative strategy, and offer — the single owner of how a new brand goes from zero to its first scaled revenue. This is a founder-track seat. You run the playbook end-to-end, coordinate the rest of the team (growth, brand, ops, creative, capital), and own the calls that decide whether a launch hits.

[ Responsibilities ]

  • Own the launch playbook for new brands across the portfolio. Every decision from first ad to first scaled month is yours to drive
  • Direct media buying, CRO, funnel architecture, creative strategy, hook tests, and offer design as a single integrated workstream
  • Coordinate across the team: brief CreativeDose on ad concepts, partner with SkyVane on funnel builds, pull in Boardgame for brand work, sync with ops on inventory and fulfillment
  • Run the daily experiment cycle: hooks, landing page variants, offer stacks, audience tests, post-purchase upsells
  • Diagnose where a launch is stuck (CTR, CVR, AOV, payback) and call the fix
  • Live in Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4. Track ROAS, MER, CAC, contribution margin, and payback period like the business depends on it (because it does)
  • Move first on 2026 best-in-class channels: AI-native creative, TikTok Shop, Shorts and Reels organic-to-paid loops, creator-driven launches
  • Build the playbook so what works on brand one transfers cleanly to brand two, three, ten

[ Requirements ]

  • 2–4 years owning growth at a DTC brand or scaling accounts at a performance agency
  • Personally taken a brand or account from zero to seven figures of revenue (or close to it)
  • Native fluency across Meta and TikTok, including the full creative iteration cycle of hooks, angles, and formats
  • Strong direct-response instinct. You can articulate why a hook works, why a creative fatigues, why a CVR drops
  • Comfortable in Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4. You read dashboards, smell BS, and call the next move without waiting
  • Hands-on with the funnel layer: landing pages, checkout flows, upsells, post-purchase
  • Proficient in AI tools for creative ideation, copy, audience research, and offer testing
  • Always-on energy. You want a founder seat in 2–3 years and you’re treating this role as the fastest path there
  • Remote-ok, fluent async, comfortable working across time zones
