[ Position overview ]

We’re hiring a Data Analyst to be the source of truth across every brand and channel in the portfolio. You’ll own daily reporting, dashboards, and the analytical workflows that keep operators sharp. Ideal for someone who turns messy commerce data into decisions — fast.

[ Responsibilities ]

  • Own daily P&L, marketing, and operational reporting across all brands
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Sheets, Looker, or BI tool of choice)
  • Stand up data pipelines from Shopify, Amazon, Northbeam, Klaviyo, and more
  • Surface anomalies, opportunities, and trends to founders and brand leads
  • Partner with finance and ops on inventory, margin, and cash-flow reporting
  • Document data definitions and instrument new metrics as the business evolves

[ Requirements ]

  • 3+ years in analytics, BI, or data-engineering roles — ideally in DTC or e-commerce
  • Strong SQL; comfort in Python or Apps Script for automation
  • Experience wiring up Shopify, Amazon, ad platforms, and attribution tooling
  • Sharp written communication — you can explain numbers to non-analysts
  • Self-starter who loves turning ambiguity into clean, repeatable reporting
  • Proficient in AI tools and modern data workflows
