[ Position overview ]

We’re hiring a Billing & Operations lead to keep the back office humming across every Elevator brand. You’ll own AR/AP, vendor relationships, and the operational scaffolding that makes a multi-brand portfolio feel like one company.

[ Responsibilities ]

• Own AR/AP, vendor onboarding, and invoice cycles across all brands
• Manage payment rails (Stripe, banks, FX) and reconcile with finance daily
• Coordinate inventory ops, 3PL relationships, and cross-border logistics
• Build SOPs and tooling to keep operations clean as we scale
• Partner with brand leads on launches, promos, and special projects

[ Requirements ]

• 3+ years in operations, billing, or finance ops — ideally in DTC or e-commerce
• Sharp with numbers; comfortable in Sheets, QuickBooks, and modern stack tools
• Ruthless organizer who can hold many threads without dropping one
• Clear communicator with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Proficient in AI tools and automation
